Robostore manufacture full line of pallet conveyor systems to meet the transportation needs of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations. Pallet conveyor is available as standalone equipment or in a fully-integrated material handling system, and are built to handle standards pallets upto 1500 kg weight.

Roller conveyors with zone control system or with single drive, chain conveyors with dual or tripple strand are available.

Accessories like blade stops, pin stops, crowders, side rails, positioners, lifts, and walk plates are all available as standard items, so they are proven and cost effective.

  • Lifter

Robostore offers high performance pallet lifters. Lifting carriage suspended on two parallel steel reinforced rubber belts is moved up and down guide profiles by means of polyurethane rollers. The hoist system operates with a counterweight in the lifting frame to reduce the driving power required.

The drive unit comprises a helical geared motor, coupling, shaft bearings and drum. Two flat belts transmit the driving torque, causing the lifting carriage and counterweight to move up and down. The load is evenly distributed between the two belts by means of a see-saw lever. Each belt has been dimensioned to bear the whole load on its own if the other belt should break. In this event, a limit switch signals a malfunction. The safety lock used during maintenance and repairs mechanically locks the conveyor, making it impossible for the lifting carriage to move even if it has been electrically actuated. This mechanical lock consists of bolts that are manually slotted into a perforated disc on the main driving shaft. This bolt is then electrically secured.

Positioning is done by proximity sensors for low speed applications and absolute encoder for high speed applications.

  • Pallet flow storage

Stocking in and out has changed from the pure static storage to a dynamic stock. Reason for this change is the clear advantage that a dynamic storing has. A maximum density is reached by accumulating of pallets on bent roller tracks. Flow through racks are loaded from one side, from the other side it will be taken out (the first stored good). So ways of the store devices become shorter and the first in – first out principle is always ensured.
